  • To schedule a Health Check-up, please book an appointment in advance. Our Customer Care Executive will provide you with a detailed overview of the entire program. It is advisable to collect urine and stool containers a day before your appointment.
  • Allocate at least 4-6 hours for your Health Check-up, depending on the package you choose.
  • Confirm the fasting requirements with our Customer Care Executive.
  • Please ensure a minimum fasting period of 8-12 hours before your Health Check-up, during which you can consume water and your regular medications.
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing and refrain from wearing jewellery during your visit.
  • Bring along any previous medical records and details of medications you are currently taking.
  • Some reports, such as Pap smear results, will be available the following day.
  • For female patients: Please inform our executive about any pregnancy or menstruation, as this information will help us tailor the investigations accordingly and potentially avoid or reschedule certain tests like X-ray or Pap smear.
