- Orders can be placed between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Doctor's prescription is mandatory for non-OTC medicines and can be shared via Email/WhatsApp while placing the order.
- Home delivery is available for orders exceeding INR 500/-.
Home Sample Collection
At Empire Hospital, we understand the importance of health tests and strive to make diagnostic services user-friendly. That’s why we offer Home Sample Collection through our Home Healthcare service. With this service, you and your family can conveniently have samples collected at home, avoiding the need to spend hours in long queues at the diagnostic lab. This service is designed to make diagnostic tests more accessible and convenient for our patients.
- To schedule a home sample collection, please call us anytime between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Your appointment should be booked one day prior.
- Share the doctor’s prescription via Email, WhatsApp, or choose from our health check-up packages on our website.
- Once we receive your call, our trained phlebotomists will arrive at your doorstep at your preferred time the next day to collect samples, ensuring all necessary safety measures are in place.
- Your reports will be dispatched via email to your registered email id.
